He is a Tanzanian Community Development Practitioner holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Development from Tengeru Institute of Community Development-Arusha (2021–2024) serving as a Project Officer. He supports grassroots development through grant writing proposal and report, community training that focus on focus include gender and climate change, health, economic empowerment for Women, youth and people living with disabilities, education, good governance and support for vulnerable groups, and collaboration with local institutions to promote inclusive growth.

He brings over 3 years of practical experience across different sectors as a Community Development Officer. He is passionate about creating inclusive, community-led solutions that improve living standard.
